If you are too concerned about the egg cholesterol then you must know that egg cholesterol levels are high in the egg yolk or egg yellow.


One Egg a day is ideal. But for vegetarians who do eat eggs recommended is two eggs minus one yellow or egg yolk. In other words, eat two egg whites and only one egg yellow or egg yolk.
